Hi, I'm Sabrina — the mom behind Mat Moms.

Martial arts has been a huge part of my life, and becoming a mom didn't change how much I loved being on the mat. But pregnancy and motherhood made me realize just how difficult it could be to find gear that actually supported women through the changes our bodies go through.

I didn't want to believe that becoming a mom meant I had to give up something I loved. And I didn't want other women to feel like they had to choose either.

That's why I created Mat Moms.

What started as a search for better gear became a bigger mission: to create apparel made with moms in mind and build a community that supports women through pregnancy, motherhood, and every stage in between.

Because being a mom is one part of who we are… not the only part.

We're still athletes. We're still strong. And we still belong on the mat.
